Our Story
Olivia and Parker’s love story began during a time when the world was in the midst of a shutdown, a peculiar backdrop for the start of something beautiful. Olivia had made Parker wait for a few months before she gathered the courage to make the drive to Stockton to meet him in person. That moment, when their worlds collided, was etched in their memories forever.
Their first night together was a whirlwind of new adventures, as Olivia was introduced to Parker’s friends, they went out to a charming dinner and she found herself completely swept off her feet. From that moment on, Olivia never wanted to leave Stockton. With her school work being online, she realized that she could continue her studies while being by Parker’s side. For Parker, a hardworking farmer, life on the farm never slowed down, but he always made time for Olivia.
Their afternoons were filled with adventures out on the Delta, where they’d spend time boating and fishing, relishing the beauty of nature. They cherished these moments with friends and embarked on endless adventures, making each day a new chapter of their love story.
As Olivia’s nursing aspirations began to take shape, she made sure to apply to nursing schools in all the local areas, wanting to be as close to Parker as possible. The acceptance letter from College of Marin Nursing school was a dream come true for her. It meant she could live at home with her family in Marin while attending classes. Most importantly, driving back to Stockton on the weekend to see Parker.
The years of endless driving back and forth between Marin and Stockton finally came to an end in May of 2023 when Olivia proudly graduated from Nursing School. It was a moment of immense joy and pride, not just for Olivia but for Parker as well, who had been unwavering support throughout her educational journey.
Their love story was a testament to the power of love, determination and willingness to make sacrifices to one another. Olivia and Parker’s bond had grown stronger through every adventure, every moment together, and every mile driven, with nursing school behind her, they are ready to embark on a Now new chapter in their lives.
In July 2023, Parker and Olivia embarked on a journey to San Diego, where they enjoyed a fishing excursion off the coast of the Catalina Islands. Unbeknownst to Olivia, Parker had bigger plans than merely catching a fish. He made the most memorable catch of his life by surprising Olivia with a marriage proposal, to which she joyfully said Yes!
